  I have brought 2 cars to this shop for a full windshield replacement and both times the service was incredible. Very clean waiting room and the technicians do a fantastic job keeping customers in the loop and they get the job done fast! I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half at the longest!

  Scammed me with an incorrect charge, I contacted my insurance to get Safelite to fix it, then Safelite called and said they would fix the charge, but instead took the same amount off my card without a refund for the initial incorrect charge. What a terrible business.

  First, getting a human is difficult when you call the local number; you’re forwarded to the generic phone tree. Second, I’ll be calling for a 3rd time after my initial repair. I heard a rattling while driving down the highway and see a part on the outside moving. Once I stop, I see a piece isn’t secured. It’s frustrating having to constantly go back and forth. If you can help it, don’t get your glass replaced unless it’s truly necessary. Now I have to drive back home on the highway and wonder if this piece is going to fly off and if the windshield is going to stay in place. After $500, these aren’t concerns I should have.

  The young men (and one young woman) running this place were exceptionally quick, professional, communicative and took pride in the quality of their work. They replaced my windshield while I waited for about 90 minutes, elevated one issue with a clear explanation of my choice, and allowed me to select what was best for me rather than for them. My cost was covered by my insurance, and I only had to pay for my deductible, so I cannot speak to pricing. It's worth being aware that this is a higher volume shop compared to the Raleigh Safelite, and there may be delays simply given they handle more jobs on a typical day. Your mileage may vary (pun intended), but my personal experience was terrific. A+. Thanks Apex Safelite team!
