- AYAdnan YildizMar 29, 20262.0I recently purchased brand-new tires from this shop/Mavis including installation. Shortly afterward, I noticed my car was shaking while driving on the highway. I took the vehicle to Firestone for inspection, and it was determined that the tires had not been properly balanced during installation. As a result, I had to pay an additional fee to have the balancing corrected. I would strongly encourage more attention to detail and thoroughness in service to prevent situations like this for future customers. That said, I do want to mention that the front desk staff member was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Instead, the Brian took my car in right away, patched it up quickly, and sent me on my way — all at no charge..! I was genuinely blown away by how seamless the whole experience. It’s rare to find a shop that treats a small job with the same care and urgency as a big one. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future tire needs and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Five stars, without a doubt!
