  Not so friendly staff. The manager was professional but very un polite. The crew here makes you kinda want to throw everything down. Would not come back here again. One time is all it takes for me not come back. Been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes for a while will NOT be bringing my business here again. They just hire anyone nowadays, GOT IT!!

  This location has gained a new loyal customer thanks to Tay (believe only female at this location)!! My mother and I came in late right before they closed on the weekend and every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. They were super quick which was appreciated. As a woman, going to get anything done to my car is super nerve wracking and I’m always very hesitant of being ripped off or paying for a service that wasn’t needed/actually done. Tay had the best attitude and customer service of truly any car place I’ve been to and made my mom and I feel comfortable. We had no idea all that Jiffy Lube offers and because of Tay we will definitely be back. It’s always a good feeling to support a local business/workers even if owned by a larger corporation

  Great service experience The staff was very friendly and professional. They provided quick service and clearly explained everything about my car. I really appreciated their honest recommendations and the best suggestions for my vehicle’s needs. Overall, I felt well taken care of and the service was efficient and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy car service. I will be coming back again in the future

  My experience at Jiffy Lube was extremely frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. I arrived around 5 PM—well within business hours—and was immediately met with an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude from the staff. It genuinely felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by showing up for a routine service. I requested an oil change and a cabin air filter replacement. After waiting inside, I was told they “couldn’t” do the cabin air filter. While inconvenient, I was willing to move forward with just the oil change. However, I was then told they also couldn’t complete the oil change due to a “missing tool.” For a shop whose entire business is built around basic maintenance, not having the proper tool to perform an oil change is beyond concerning—it’s inexcusable. What made this experience significantly worse was the complete lack of professionalism. As I was leaving, another employee made a sarcastic comment—“have a great day, bud”—while laughing. It felt intentionally disrespectful. To add to that, multiple employees stood at the front of the store watching me leave, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and inappropriate. This wasn’t just poor service—it felt like a complete disregard for customers. If your team is unwilling or unable to perform basic services late in the day, that needs to be communicated clearly and respectfully—not handled with dismissiveness, sarcasm, and what felt like mockery. I left not only without service, but genuinely frustrated by how I was treated. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before choosing this location.
