  BEWARE!!!!!!! I want to share my experience with Enterprise Car Rental in Apex so future customers can protect themselves. When you pick up your rental, make sure you take photos or a full video of the car right away. Document everything—every angle, every scratch, every detail. Also, ask for a pickup inspection checklist or condition report before you leave. After returning my rental, I received an email claiming I was responsible for damage, along with photos. The cost would have been over $1,000. Fortunately, I had taken a video of the car at pickup, which clearly showed that the damage was already there. When I asked them to provide a pickup checklist documenting the car’s condition, they were unable to do so. In the end, they canceled the charge—but only because I had proof. If I hadn’t recorded that video, I likely would have been stuck paying for something I didn’t do. Lesson learned: Always take photos/videos at pickup and drop-off Always request documentation of the car’s condition Never assume everything is properly recorded on their end Protect yourself—it can save you a lot of money and stress.

  Would not recommend. You can’t leave your car here after picking up a rental, and if you do they will tow it, which is crazy! So we had to drive back so I could pick up our car and drive it home. Very inconvenient. So when my husband dropped the rental off, he had to take a LYFT home which was another added cost. We typically use Hertz with no problem because they are much cheaper and we can just leave our car in their parking lot. Hertz was out of cars, so we had to use Enterprise. I hope to not have to use them again.

  Enterprise generally is our favorite among the big names, since they are no-nonsense, transparent about pricing, and have clean cars. One downside is they don't have an "unlimited tolls" add-on, so if you are on a toll heavy route, it might be pricier than others like Avis. But, Enterprise has cheaper base rates, so you have to do some math. The Apex location is more relaxed and easy to use than the RDU one.

  I had a very pleasant experience at this Enterprise location. The entire team was caring, professional, and truly focused on providing excellent customer service. Grace helped me throughout the entire process. My insurance company initially made the reservation, and she kindly showed me the available inventory so I could choose a car of my preference. After signing the contract, I requested to switch vehicles, and she happily accommodated my request without any hesitation. Later that same day, I had to cancel the contract because the other party’s insurance agreed to cover the rental. When I called back for confirmation, there was an issue with the authorization amount, which was too low for the vehicle I wanted. Grace advised me to contact the insurance company to increase the authorization. I had to call them multiple times, and each time I spoke with Grace, she provided clear guidance and professional support. Thanks to her patience and assistance, I was finally able to swap the contract and keep the same car. I’ve been to many rental locations before, and unfortunately, not all of them take the time to care about the customer’s needs or share all available options. Some simply want to move cars quickly. This location completely changed my perspective. Grace and her supervisor went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly. Compared to other rental places, this location also had reasonable rates and a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this Enterprise branch to anyone looking for great service and a stress-free rental experience.
