  Came in today to get my battery checked out and Liz was an incredible help the whole way through! They got a new battery installed on the spot within the hour. I’ll be coming back for anything car related in the future 100%.

  Mike(Manager) was extremely helpful and professional!!! Even though there were many customers there he and the staff tried to get to my car as soon as they could. Please pass along my thanks!

  I went in for a vehicle inspection and was told they only accept appointments, so I scheduled one. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I still had to wait an hour and a half for the inspection to be completed. Once it was finally done, I was told I needed a brake flush, which meant another $130 and an additional hour of waiting. Overall, the process was frustrating and a poor use of my time. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

  I scheduled an appointment for a tire replacement after getting a flat. The website showed that this store carried the tire I needed, so I booked an appointment. I dropped off my car early in the morning and got a call late afternoon that they didn't have the same tire. I had to leave my car overnight and the service wasn't complete until afternoon the next day. It took a day and a half to have 1 tire replaced, which was inconvenient.

  If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have never written a bad review in my life but the service at this location deserves it. I made an appointment to have my tire changed the day before, purposely so I wouldn’t have to wait hours. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the hook. I gave it 10 minutes and when there was still no one coming to help, I walked over to the garage where I found the woman supposed to be manning the front desk just chatting with the technician. From where they were, they would have seen me walk in. I explained I had a 1pm appointment and she finally came back to the front a few minutes later. When I explained the situation about my valve cap being fused with the valve stem and that I had tried to get it off as well as my mechanic she stated that I should try another location because there’s nothing they can do to fix that and if they can’t take off the valve stem they can’t change the tires either. She suggested I go to their Davis location 8 minutes away. She also said that it would be hours before they could get to my car. Confused what the appointment was for then. When I asked what happens if they can’t get the tire off she simply stated, “I don’t know, it’s never happened before.” I drove to the Davis location and they got it off in 5 minutes and the service was amazing. Someone was there to greet me as soon as I got out of my car and took care of everything. Worst service ever at this location and was clear that the person couldn’t be bothered to help me. Never go here. If you’re Going to a Mr. Tire in the Apex-Cary area, GO TO THE DAVIS LOCATION!
