I recently encountered a young man in the Target parking lot who was experiencing car trouble; specifically, he had no oil and was unable to remove the oil cap. My daughter and I were also unsuccessful in our attempts to assist him. Noticing the Just Tires store across the street, I inquired if I might borrow a tool to help with the cap. The gentleman at the counter, John, politely informed me that lending tools was against company policy. Nevertheless, he then escorted me outside and retrieved one of his personal tools from his vehicle, with the understanding that I would return it promptly. Thanks to his kindness, I was able to help the young man remove his oil cap, and hopefully safely on the road home. I will certainly consider this location for any future automotive service needs.

Upon inspection, it could not. The tire was not in stock at the location, but was in the warehouse. The manager drove to the warehouse to pick up the one tire so that I could get back on the road. Amazing service. Amazing group of people. This is my new tire store.

- TWTim WaldieJan 1, 20265.0We were traveling from VA to NC over Christmas and noticed vibration. I spoke with the manager Ken B. and luckily he got us in right away. We had replaced 2 tires about a year ago and the treads were different tread depths which could have messed up the AWD. We got a great deal on 4 Good Year tires, balance and alignment and his crew (John, Tomas and other Techs) were efficient, double-checked everything.. The car rides like it's on rails now. Great experience. Honest, accurate shop! Thanks again!
