  This place is garbage. I've been here 3 times over the last couple of years to get an inspection and oil change. ALL THREE TIMES the "person that does our inspections is ...(Fill in the blank, not here today, gone to another store to get oil, left early...). That's 100% of the time they couldn't provide a service they advertise. I've given them 3 chances. Never again. Waste of my time ...

  They are the BEST! Quick service and generous staff! They go an extra mile if anything else is needed for your car (air in tires). A woman like me has trouble with doing that! So Thankful for their services!

  Edit: I changed my review from a 1 to 3 because the GM called me directly and rectified my concerns. She was very kind! I brought my car in for a standard oil change. It began leaking oil after I returned home. When I brought my car back for them to look at the leaking oil, the woman who is I charge, assured me they tested it and that nothing was leaking. Her service tech stopped me on the way to my vehicle and told me that I needed a second opinion. I then had to take to a dealership, pay for filter to be tightened and another oil change because I had lost almost all of my oil. I will never return.

  Honestly, if I could give this place a zero that’s what it needs. Anyone who has gotten an oil change there needs to seriously consider the possibility that they really didn’t get an oil change. I have a 4Runner and a Tundra. I actually live relatively close to this place and have been there off and on for years…. I have gotten inspections and different vehicle vehicles serviced there over the years. I’ve gotten to where I change the oil on the 4runner and the Tundra myself… but recently, I decided to take the 4Runner over there because I wanted a change in a “jiffy”and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of doing it myself. So I took it over there and reminding you that I have experience doing this myself…. I can see the guy working on the car from the lobby.. they have a glass door. I also walked around outside some to make a phone call. I never saw him fully drop the front skid plate which absolutely has to be done to change the filter. I saw them bring around an oil container to fill up the car, but I never saw them actually dump it in there. The guy doing the actual service was the same person that checked me out it and supposedly he was the current manager. I was a little suspicious about the filter and I made some comment about how it’s a hassle to change the filter on a 4runner. He just sort of blew me off and said oh yeah well we have to do it blah blah blah. Anyway, the next day, I just decided I was going to check it out. You can actually look at the filter on a 4runner without draining the oil. He never changed it. But in addition to that, the synthetic oil that was in the reservoir was black as tar. So I immediately suspected that they didn’t change the oil either. Eventually, I decided just to drain the oil out and confirm that they never changed the oil either….So they literally pretended to change the oil and pretended to change the filter and then charged me for it and more or less expected me to drive around for another 5 to 10,000 miles thinking I had had a synthetic oil change. I did talk to the regular manager and he pretty much owned up to it that yes… it looks like they did not change it. Totally Not Good
