    More of a problem with Enterprise wholisticly, the staff here was fine. The rental I purchased from Morhead City (won't even let me leave a review) and dropped off at Apex had a patchwork fix on some cosmetic damage to the front bumper. The lazy fix came undone on my normal uneventful drive through no fault of my own and I was fully gonna be charged for it. I luckily got the insurance but the prospect of being blamed was super off-putting and really dishonest business. Would recommend using a different rental service

    Beware of this location. All other enterprise places i have used allow after hours drop off. This place charges you until they open. Even though your online reservation says you can drop off after hours. Beware. I'm switching to Hertz, which confirms they will not do this.

    Overall, our rental experience has been smooth and well-handled. However, I need to report a serious concern with the minivan we received. The windshield wipers are in very poor condition, and the brakes perform poorly at speeds above 60 mph, creating a significant safety risk. As we’ll be traveling with little ones, I urge your team to thoroughly inspect and service both the wipers and brakes before the next handoff. Safety must come first, and these issues could easily turn a pleasant trip into a dangerous one.
