Everyone here is super friendly and transparent about the rental. I’ve rented from here 3 times and each time we were completely blown away from the customer service. Not only from the people in the office but the wonderful gentleman cleaning the vehicles outside wished me safe travels during my pick up. If you need a rental in the Apex area look no further!
- HBHannah BraggDec 19, 20254.0I would rate them a 5 star but the trouble i went through with the other staff ......had me very frustrated and upset some things were on me but at the same time they had no personality were super rude and looked and acted like they didn't even want to be there....and if they are adults they acted like a bunch of pushy teenagers .....THE ONLY reason im rating four stars was for the red head I think his name was colton??? Was super sweet had alot of personality and explained the policy's and was very genuine!!!! keep him and ill definitely be coming back !! He was awesome !

- MCMiya CarterDec 5, 20251.0I made a reservation on the 4th of November for a luxury jeep got a pretty good deal for 5days to drive from North Carolina to Florida for the holiday. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was given a little Mitsubishi mirage. My husband is 6ft 2 retired injured soldier very uncomfortable rides there and back very scary driving next to a truck. I was not called about this change and am very disappointed 😔 being a so called valued customer and all. This definitely sums up the most horrible holiday. The last time I was given a vehicle that stopped on the highway with a flat. That's strike 2 for me.
