  CW Performance has been the best Mercedes repair store I've found in the Triangle. When I went in there just recently for the first time, I met Kevin who was extremely professional and also very caring about what my needs were for the car. It's nice to have a warm smile when talking to someone about repairs that may need to be done to your car. I've gone to two other Mercedes places and they haven't even come close to the professionalism and the satisfaction I received when I picked up my 2012 Mercedes E550 AMG 4•Matic. When prices are high for something like this normally, CW Performance was extremely reasonable and done correctly. My car hasn't driven this well in quite some time, and it's because of them, I now enjoy driving my Mercedes again. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was a nice bonus when picking it up. They did a thorough check over my car and found out one of my turbos weren't broken it was actually a smaller part that controlled the turbos all together. It was only about $300 for the part and installation and it made all the difference in the world on how my car performed. It's little things like that, when you know you're dealing with individuals who know their product very well. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the individuals that worked on my car. If need be, I'll be bringing my car back to your establishment again. Thanks again. Greg

  They did a full service flush on my cls55 amg transmission and fixed some oil leak issues I had with my oil filter housing and coolant line. Another issue had arose with a module getting wet and corroded connectors and they fixed that as well. Janae kept great communication with me and kept me in the loop with my vehicle. Everyone was very nice and I’m honesty pleased and very grateful for their service and the job that they did on my vehicle. I’m definitely coming back for service. They are the real deal!

  I recently became a CW Performance customer and have had nothing short of an incredible experience. From the first time I walked through the door Janee in service, as well as the entire team, have treated me like a life-long customer. The level of service they provide is hard to match, even from a dealer. Their pricing is super reasonable, they’ve always gone above and beyond to diagnose my issues, both large and small, and the inspection and post-work reports they provide are thorough and clearly detail the steps they’ve taken to ensure your Mercedes is at its best. Their communication is incredible, from before drop off through completion of the work, they always keep me updated at every step and check in afterwards to ensure I’m happy. Their work is always done reasonably fast, plus they offer loaner cars so you’re never stuck waiting or without transportation. It may be a bit long, but I really can’t say enough good things about CW performance. I’ve been very happy with their work, prices, communication and speed. They’re clearly experts when it comes to Mercedes-Benz and they treat you like family. I won’t take my car anywhere else now, I’m certain you’ll feel the same after your first visit too.

  Janee has been great to work with. Found an alternate to going to Mercedes dealership and still getting OEM parts.
