- LSLisa StrongOct 8, 20255.0I came here today in a panic because I am driving a friend's car and accidentally pulled several screws out of the mud flap on a curb as I was backing into a parking space. This car is my friend's "baby." So, I found the closest Advance Auto Parts I could to see if they could help me find screws and hopefully reattach the mud flap. Xavier went ABOVE AND BEYOND to first try to match the screws, which he did, and then to painstakingly reattach the whole mud flap! He then even went to the other mud flap and tightened all of the screws just to make sure! Xavier was patient and took his time (it was quite a pain to fit all of the screws where they needed to be); and everything is all back together now! I must say, I have had one of the worst weeks, and this mud flap thing was almost my last straw. Xavier was so kind and helpful, and I even asked if I could hug him at the end. It's amazing what a little kindness can do. Xavier needs to get a big raise! XAVIER, THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP AND KINDNESS. You are truly one of a kind!
