- EGExcess GamingMar 25, 20261.0This whole company is ridiculous with their return policy. don't ever buy tools from them unless you never plan on returning the tools. I bought an impact and a jack for a repair. The jack came out of the box, under my truck, wasn't tall enough so immediately got put back in the box. And same with the impact, out of the box, rested on the ground, back in the box. Couldn't return anything because of "scratches"... I've added pictures of the scratches in question which are so small, the camera can barely even see them. If you ever need to buy a tool just go to harbor freight, Lowes, or home depot. They will actually take your returns. I went to 2 different locations and the employees sneer at you when you say your returning something like they are holier than thou. If I could give a worse rating I would.

- TATerrence AndersonNov 9, 20255.0I came in the store because I have purchased some wiper blades the previous day and I couldn’t get them to fit. I brought them back the next day and Luna a sellers associate helped me with the wiper blaze. They wouldn’t fit, even though the system said they would fit we tried a different pair and Luna with her patience and kindness went out and tried to put the blaze on, and those wouldn’t fit either so we went back in and found a third set of wiper blaze and this time it was a success, and Luna did it without complaints without hesitation. She was the best salute.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
