I came to this AutoZone yesterday to dispose of my used oil, and one of the employees flat-out lied to me. He told me the oil disposal container was full when it clearly wasn’t. If it wasn’t for another employee—the bigger guy—telling me the truth, I wouldn’t have been able to dispose of my oil at all.
On top of that, this store refuses to let customers leave their used oil containers. I have to drive all the way to the Fuquay-Varina AutoZone just to drop them off, and that location has zero issues taking them. The difference in service is night and day.
I’m a loyal AutoZone customer and always come here for the parts and equipment I need, but this isn’t the first time this particular employee has refused to help me. Every time I come in, he acts like he doesn’t want to assist me, and I have no idea why. It’s unprofessional, and it makes the whole store look bad.

I had a wonderful experience at the AutoZone in Angier, North Carolina. The staff was extremely courteous, and the manager, Erick, went above and beyond to help me. He made sure I had everything I needed and took the time to ensure I fully understood how to use it. His professionalism and willingness to assist made the visit smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return to this location for any future auto needs.
I stopped at an auto parts store yesterday. Apparently there was some sort of power outage. They didn’t even seem to wanna help me. I ran next-door to AutoZone and they were having the same issue except we were helped. The guy was literally doing everything by pen and paper. He didn’t turn us away. He looked up our oil filter with his phone and got us taken care of thank you Eric.
I will never shop at this store ever again , I had someone that was so rude to me and just didn’t care at all . She just didn’t even want me in the store I will go oriely’s forver
