Great place for a quick oil change, they top fluids, check tires and the great thing is they don't push to up sell on other services. They let you know what's needed and then finish with the oil change. Quick in quick and friendly service. Oh and I always use a coupon for extra savings. Easy to find on their website.

don't go here if you have a groupon. I took in a car that only needed 4 qts of oil and the groupon calls for a maximum of 5, but i was still charged over the groupon i had. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last.

Let me start by saying I have been working on cars since before I started driving, and I just turned 65 years old. Oil and filter changes are one of the most basic jobs done on an automobile. My last visit to this place, the guy stated the machine that sucked the oil out was broken, so they drained it out by the drain plug. By the way, sucking oil from the oil pan out the dipstick tube.....is no way to get oil out! Unfortunately, the guy started pouring in the new oil before all the old oil ran out! I supply my own oil & filter. I gave them 2 fresh gallons of Mobil 1 & the correct Toyota oil filter. So, he puts the unused portion of the gallon jug in the rear of my van. He stated he only poured in about a quart by mistake before all the old oil ran out. So tonight, I went back to changing my own oil. The drain plug was excessively tight! It's supposed to be no tighter than 30 ft lbs. The oil canister has a drain cap in the bottom of it, to drain the oil out of the canister. That drain cap is supposed to be torqued to no more than 114 inch pounds (9.5ft lbs). The canister is supposed to be torqued to 19 ft lbs. When I went to remove the drain cap from the canister, it turned the whole canister, it was so tight! So I had to remove the canister without draining it, making a mess! After I got the canister off and drained, I tried to break the canister drain cap loose, and I bet I put more than 40 ft lbs of torque to loosen it, and couldnt. So the next time I change the oil, I will have to put the canister in a vise or something to hold it, so the drain cap can be broken loose. THIS IS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!!! I pay good money (which is way more money than the service is worth)...paying for a service thats supposed to be professionally done....and this is what I get?? And back to the unused portion of oil in the gallon jug....he said he wasted about a quart.....there was only a quart and a half left in he jug. So I guess his "quart" turned out to be 2 quarts. I think its best for me to go back to changing my own oil, that way I will know it' being done right. But yall really need to train your employees. Insure they use torque wrenches.....and use the drain plug from the oil pan.
