When I asked to speak to a live person since it couldn’t answer me it was a cycle of “let me see if I can assist you instead”. Then I’d ask my questions and it couldn’t answer. Needless to say Strickland brothers lost my business. Take 5 in clemmons had an actual human being to speak to and I highly recommend them since they haven’t switched to useless AI personalities.

A very friendly technician offered me a bottled water while I waited and was finished in less than 5 minutes. Offered me an air freshener if I wanted one before leaving and wished me a blessed day. Don’t think it could have gone smoother/faster/better than that.
