FIRE THIS GUY!!! He has hung up on me twice today alone!

However, after putting the new battery in, my car would not start. He said it was probably my starter. So I call a tow truck to tow my car back home. Mind you I live 45 minutes away. Fast forward to Monday, this all happened on Sunday. I had my father check my car to see what was wrong with it. Turns out the guy did not tighten the bolts all the way. I had to get a tow 45 minutes away over the guy not doing his job properly. I get it, we’re human we all make mistakes. This mistake could have been avoided if he would have double checked his work and not cost me even more money getting unnecessary tow. I will never come back to this place.

There is only one employee Named Freddy who is helpful and nice and he doesn’t get treated well. Every time I go I there and he’s not there I get unprofessional help.
