  it was a guy in there. I think his name was Mike. I needed a thermostat and he went out of his way to help me out. I appreciate it very much thank you AutoZone.

  Ladies, do not bother stopping here if you can get your parts or accessories anywhere else. I gave two stars because twice now I have been able to find something here that I couldn't easily find anywhere else locally, but both times, I had to deal with rude men who talked to me like I was a child. Most recently, I came in requesting chrome tape to repair a chipped area on my steering wheel. The salesman took me to chrome duct tape and told me that was all they had. I pulled up "Chroma Graphics Silver Metalflake Tape" on the AutoZone website, and he told me that wasn't what I needed for my repair and that it was meant to stick to metal, not plastic. Well, guess what? It did exactly what I needed it to, and it stuck to the plastic firmly and without issue. I will never stop here again. There are enough other auto parts stores nearby. It would be better to wait for an online order to arrive than to deal with these guys.

  I was at the AZ in another town, and they were out of a part. The clerk was nice and called the Aberdeen store to see if they had it. I heard the guy at the Aberdeen store confirm they had one in stock. They told him I was on my way to get it. I drove 40 minutes to the store and upon arriving was told "Yep, the computer shows one in stock, but we don't have one. Sorry." If I could give the Aberdeen store zero stars, I would.

  Came in to have my battery checked. Gentlemen behind the counter looked annoyed he had to help me, all good. Told me the battery was bad. Wouldn't offer me a whole lot with that. Gave me a new one with no information. I ended up leaving because all I got were two word answers and an annoyed sigh or shrug. Put this dude in the back if he doesnt want to be helpful. Took my business to O'Reillys.
