I experienced a vehicle breakdown and the tow truck driver was kind enough to drop me off at Enterprise after I arranged a rental. Upon entering I was told they had no vehicles and I was out of luck. No other options or assistance was given. Called Enterprise's main number. Talked to a manager. I was told they would call me back within an hour and that they were going to check nearby locations for a car. Never got a call back. Never using Enterprise again.
