The rental was booked and confirmed a month in advance, but no cars are available in the day of pickup (corporate rate - we are not paying enough, probably) Ohhh, not to mention the ridiculous extra changes for "premium location" - this is Saint John, not Beverly Hills. But, I've been provided with exceptional solution: Take a taxi, nothing to do.

Devin tried calling the owner to help me with my situation. With no answer from Avis, Devin got me into a rental in no time at all. I really appreciate his assistance, he got me out of a jam and I will definitely be renting from him again. Thank you very much Devin!

Only reason provided was that they were "very booked up today". They did not offer to check other areas. Only suggested I go to another counter/rental agency. Traditionally I have had very good service with Enterprise. The Saint John airport location, however left me to sort out transportation with only 45 min notice. I do not recommend them.
