    We've had an exceptional experience with this Enterprise truck rental in Saint John. We came to the city by cruise ship - 15 min walk to get there. We booked online on the weekend (closed sat-sun) for our arrival on Monday morning and the van was ready for us. We did not need a truck per say, but the rental was super appreciated as we were able to freely go to Hopewell Rocks for the day. Every member of the staff we interacted with was cordial, kind and helpful, whether by phone or in person. As stated when booking, after 200km you are charged per km. All that considered I would rent here again rather than Avis/Budget if I were to do it again! The most wonderful act of kindness came from Brad, who personally drove us back to the cruise port after drop off of the vehicle, and who would not accept compensation. Thank you to all of the team you really made us feel welcome in Saint Jean !

    Every time I call to rent a truck, mysteriously there are none available, but then suddenly the parking lot is full of them. This has happened to me about 4 times in the last year alone. Here we go again, been trying to book a van or pick up for 2 - 3 months, that's right, months. I've tried booking in advance, up to two even three weeks, nope nothing. I've tried last minute, nope sorry. I've tried calling back when they tell me to call back, nope sorry. After all this, their parking lot,, again full of vehicles??? Can someone from enterprise please explain why?? I mean without offering up the same usual jargen. Very inconvenient outfit to deal with. This outfit has gone into the toilet the last few years, but rest assured, if you require something due to an insurance claim, ta-da! They can fix you right up? Imagine!!

    Service was swift. I wish i had have paid attention more. Unlike other car places they dont make sure the tank is filled before you take the vehicle. And if you fill it up more than what it was when you took it, their policy is too bad for you. Just be careful of that and the whole experience will be good.
