  Devin was a huge help for me today. I originally had an appointment for a pick-up with Avis, unfortunately there wasn't anybody working the counter. Devin tried calling the owner to help me with my situation. With no answer from Avis, Devin got me into a rental in no time at all. I really appreciate his assistance, he got me out of a jam and I will definitely be renting from him again. Thank you very much Devin!

  Got a call from Enterprise YSJ 45 minutes before my scheduled pick up to tell me they actually don't have a vehicle available for me, in spite of me having a confirmed reservation. Only reason provided was that they were "very booked up today". They did not offer to check other areas. Only suggested I go to another counter/rental agency. Traditionally I have had very good service with Enterprise. The Saint John airport location, however left me to sort out transportation with only 45 min notice. I do not recommend them.

  After a stressful and unexpected breakdown of our truck our dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a smooth process. Jesse’s excellent and friendly customer service was a welcome relief. The follow up phone call on the first day of our rental to ensure that everything was working smoothly to our satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

  Allows reservations to go through (says stock online), canceled reservation even after confirmation and instead of calling other locations to try and find a replacement the representatives response was "well i have a busy morning, itd be faster if you called another location" which should not be my responsibility if your system is giving wrong information and confirming rentals. I would not use this location, i would say again but they have never 1 filled a rental out of the 2 times ive tried to use them; use to location east side (even though they arent open on weekends) they are at least willing to try on your behave. *this is an edit* I contacted the number which the owner here requested i do; put me through to head office in the states where they told me they would contact the local fleet manager to get in contact with me the same day. Its 2 days later and i have recieved no call. If it is an emergency or absolutely necessary you get a vehicle, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL COMPLETELY SCREW YOU.

  One of the worst enterprise location I have ever been to. Internet says it opens at 8AM. I booked my car for 8:30AM but nobody is here to serve. They are charging extra $20 for “premium location” but this is ridiculous. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wish I could give -5 to this location. This location is taking our money and wasting our time. Don’t book flights from here.
