  I just had an experience I don't remember having before, I ordered complete front brakes for a car, and it turned out the pads were boxed wrong. And after going to the other store to see if theirs were also it turned out they were. So the east side car quest made it right and gave me the pads that fit for the same price. So I think I need to recognize them stepping up. They do what it takes to get your parts. Thank you.

  VERY LAZY STAFF, i was looking for a wheel lug or stud for my car, the guy checked from the computer its not available, however i have brought with me the replacement sample option which is the same size as the one im looking for. the guy told me that he cant look for the same one because they have a lot of lugs on stock and he cant do the searching for me. i was about to tell him that i bought the sample from car quest as well, he didnt even bother to look at it so we go. thats the problem with large stores, staff are lazy but in local stores, they would really like to help.
