    The staff was very professional, even when dealing with my ignorance (I could not find in the agreement that I would have to refuel the vehicle but they let me go fuel and come back to avoid fees). The car (brand new Camry Hybrid) was clean, luxurious and the most fuel efficient vehicle I've ever driven (drove almost 700km and my fill up was only $51. They could use a bigger office for sure though (waiting area was quite compact) but the overall experience was lovely.

    It was an experience driving a new car which I don't get the do this very often my car is 15 years old and out of date but it only has $165,000 km on it so I will keep it unless I need one of yours again!

    Lane at enterprise Main Street Moncton’ Extremely helpful understanding, knowledgeable, and has amazing customer service so was the rest of the staff. I would recommend Main street Location to anyone looking for a vehicle To Rent or through a insurance claim.

    I am a regular customer of Enterprise, but this time I am very disappointed. I reserved a car from Sunday to Wednesday for a family trip. On the day of pickup, before 5:00 a.m., someone named Daniel called me to say there was no car available and that my reservation had been canceled. As a result, I had to cancel my travel plans, which caused financial loss and great frustration for my family and me. I hope this situation will be reviewed and improved in the future.
