  Mon expérience avec Enterprise Rent-A-Car à Moncton a été très décevante. J’avais effectué une réservation à l’avance pour une voiture économique. Le matin de la prise en charge, un employé m’a appelé pour m’informer que le véhicule n’était pas disponible et m’a proposé une voiture beaucoup trop grande, qui ne correspondait pas à mes besoins. Après avoir refusé, on m’a demandé d’attendre jusqu’à 14h pour trouver une solution. Lorsque j’ai rappelé à l’heure convenue, on m’a simplement dit qu’aucune voiture n’était disponible, malgré une vérification dans le système. C’est un manque total de professionnalisme, surtout que je suis venu de Montréal spécialement. Je me suis retrouvé à dépendre des taxis et je n’ai pas pu accomplir ce que j’avais prévu. Entreprise sur laquelle on ne peut ni compter ni faire confiance. Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas du tout. ⸻ 🇬🇧 English My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Moncton was very disappointing. I had made a reservation in advance for an economy car. On the morning of pickup, I received a call informing me that the vehicle was not available, and I was offered a much larger car that did not suit my needs. After I declined, I was asked to wait until 2 PM for a solution. When I called back at the agreed time, I was told that no cars were available at all, even after checking their system. This is highly unprofessional, especially since I traveled from Montreal specifically for this. I ended up relying on taxis and was unable to complete what I had planned. This is a company you cannot rely on or trust. Very bad experience. I do not recommend it at all.

  Book online yesterday, today got a call from them ,that no cars are available. Thanks enterprise, all my plans was ruined.👏🏻👏🏻
