  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best rental experience in Moncton – hands down. I’ve worked with U-Haul and Ryder in the past, especially for long-distance moves to places like Bathurst, Fredericton, and Saint John. The biggest issue I had was with hidden fees and confusing policies—Ryder, for example, charges by calendar day, so even if I return the truck at 2 AM the next day after a long move, they bill me for two full days. That just doesn’t make sense in our business. Then I found Penske, and honestly, it’s been a game changer. Jacob at the Moncton location is incredibly helpful, honest, and efficient. One quick call and my truck was booked—no stress, no hidden nonsense. This is exactly how business should be done: clear, transparent, and reliable.   Very difficult place to Review. I know Some things do never change but I really hope they will be the exception. Some times I feel they get more rewards from costumers disappointments than costumers satisfaction. ( talking about Garage)
