When I called from my cel they answered immediately!! I was told by the person at the Ford dealership that happens constantly when Ford customers call from the phone at the dealership. I will NEVER deal with Grand Falls Enterprise and will NEVER recommend them. Head office would do well to rid themselves of the worker that feels business lost is a good thing
