  Very easy experience to book and collect my rental from this Enterprise location. The customer service was excellent. I got exactly the type of vehicle I requested at a reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed driving it during my vacation. The employee who handled the return was particularly friendly and helpful and I got a ride to my nearby hotel afterward.

  We are loyal customers to Enterprise. It is the only rental company we use, because of the extraordinary service. Very disappointed at the massive price hike because of an event happening in the area. But that is typical of all companies. Services always Top Notch vehicles are always in excellent condition. Most of the time they offer a slight upgrade if they have it this time however there wasn't any they were fully booked but that was fine the car that we booked was the car we wanted so all was perfect. I can't say enough about the customer service It is Well above any other place I've dealt with. Highly recommend.

  Enterprise they will pick you up! They will also LET YOU DOWN PRETTY FAST ALSO. After a 10 day rental I returned the vehicle on 25 August 2025. I filled up the rental. It shut off at $72.25. I tried twice to top it to $73.00. Twice it shut off at $72.75. Drove it to Enterprise Dieppe Location and showed the fill receipt. The guy checking it in said it is not full but I will only charge you pump price to top it up. I refused saying I would go with him to the garage to pay the top up. We drove 2 kilometres to the service station and it shuts off at $2.25. He didn’t even have the guts to come with me but sent out a young female employee to drive to the station. So for $2.25 ENTERPRISE have just lost a customer. A complaint was also voiced with the collision centre that arranged the rental who also thought that their treatment was well below what they would have expected. So now after 3 days without any communication from Enterprise I am giving this poor poor rating. Also my wife and I are now voicing our poor treatment with this rental agency. All for $2.25.

  The experience we had renting a car from Enterprise on Champlain Street in Dieppe was 5 stars! Great staff, a reliable vehicle and a complimentary ride to the airport when we dropped it off again. Fabulous !!
