- GMGarold MurrayJan 4, 20265.0New vehicle, friendly service, convenient pickup and drop off. My only complaint is that they charge $20 extra per day for snow tires. For Canadian winter driving, rental cars should come equipped with snow tires. It should be a standard feature.
- JBJoJo BlazeDec 27, 20251.0Recently rented a vehicle for Christmas Eve & Day, the fuel was not at full slightly below & during my drive on Christmas Day the windshield fluid ran out, the weather was pretty snowy & slushy the windshield became pretty dirty quickly I was on a long drive hyw to visit family & had zero visibility on hyw it ran out within 30 minutes of drive. No indication came on it was low on windshield washer fluid. I presumed they checked these things prior to renting it out & didn't top it up! Big regret I was driving with terrible visibility due to slush hitting windshield. Luckily I had water & pulled over on Hyw to clean it as best I could. Major disappointment during the holiday rush. I will not be using this car service again.

- CAChristian Taylor AliOct 11, 20251.02 incidents: 1st a couple weeks ago their machine wasnt working so couldnt pick up a rental and had to find my own way 4 hours up north then today: Spoke to the MANAGER (yesterday) in person to confirm a pick up time as i have to drive 6 hours for work. Show up at the 11:30am for my pick up time, they tell me it was booked for 5pm and cant help.
