  I don’t hand out glowing reviews lightly, but Precision Auto Works in Victor earned this one. They did a full inspection on my GX 470, handled a transmission service, replaced some suspension components, and knocked out a few smaller items that needed attention. Everything was done in a single day, which honestly surprised me. The shop itself is immaculately clean — not “organized chaos,” actually clean. That usually tells you a lot before a wrench is even turned. The staff was professional, direct, and easy to deal with. No drama, no upsell nonsense, just clear communication and solid work. It’s hard to find people who treat your vehicle like it matters. These guys do. Highly professional all the way around. I’ll absolutely be back.

  While the repair didn’t move forward, I want to give full credit to the owner for how he handled the situation. He owned a quoting error, was transparent about the shop’s limitations on a specialized repair, waived the diagnostic charge, and helped coordinate towing the vehicle to a more appropriate shop. That level of accountability and professionalism matters. I respect a shop owner who chooses honesty over pushing a job they can’t confidently stand behind.
