- ABAlyssa BurnsDec 21, 20251.0I tried to buy lotto tickets with a debit card which is allowed by Montana state law and was told no. Debit is allowed, credit is not, by state law, jowever the cashier didnt care. Then another time I asked the cashier to scan my digital lotto pick slip directly from the official Montana Lottery app and she straight up said No. All she had to do was scan it under their lotto machine and it would print the tickets. I went to the Exxon station just down the road and the cashier there did it no problem. I wont be returning to this Sinclair, which I have been patronizing since 1990. They need to learn about lottery laws and customer service.
