The shop is obviously very well managed and excellent training. The staff too was great. Jordan helped me, and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. There is no upselling. One visit, and the experience was enough to guarantee I won't go anywhere else.

- MSMatt SMar 11, 20262.0I would highly recommend you go somewhere else or at least be cautious on what they tell you about your fluids. I just moved here and about 2 days after moving here from Texas, I stopped in to get my oil changed. The technician told me all of my fluids looked great and that I was good to go. I drove 30 minutes back home and noticed my Yukon acting funny. I called my cousin who’s a mechanic and he told me to look at my paperwork and see what they said about the transmission fluid. I did so and it said “OK” with no other notes. So I checked the transmission fluid and it was solid black and not a deep red anymore. It also smelt burnt. I ended up having to put my vehicle in the shop for 2 weeks to get a 2-wheel drive transmission ordered and installed. Called the shop to talk to them about it 2 different times and got two different “solutions”. First was that corporate would call about next steps within 24 hours. A week later, crickets. So I called back and was told the Regional Manager would get back in touch with me. 2 weeks later now and still crickets. I know this is a very specific circumstance that I had but want people to know to be very cautious and get second opinions about what they say.
