  My driver at Reds Towing in Missoula was named Gordon. He was so professional and caring. He went out of his way to make me feel special and respected. I was in good hands and I knew within minutes upon his arrival that I was. I only regret that I didn’t have more money on me than I did to let him know how I felt! If all the tow drivers were like Gordon it would be an amazing planet! Period. Thanks Gordon … again!

  Red's and BJ were fantastic. My new car battery was dead after I was gone a while. BJ jump started it, which saved me a lot of $, and him a lot of time not having to tow it to the shop. I'd highly recommend Red's!!

  This company has effectively destroyed my life. By violating the law and stealing my cellphone out of my purse, then calling the police to say they found drugs or drug items in my purse, and turning my purse into the police department WITHOUT my cellphone inside, proves that they concocted this entire scenario as a means to keep a $400 dollar phone for an unpaid towing bill. It's not enough that they get to keep my car for maybe 10 minutes worth of actual "work," since they had to tow it less than 2 miles, they stoop to these disgusting measures to defraud members of the public. You know damn well that I had nothing of the sort inside my bag, and even if those items were there, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT IT ANYWAY, BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO GO THROUGH MY BAG! You see how that works? You violated the law, sir, by going inside my personal property to begin with. You moved my eyeglasses from the dashboard to put that item inside my bag. You replied in a previous review, stating I had drugs inside my bag, and I could go to to police department to pick up my property. You did this specifically to tarnish my reputation with untrue allegations to cause me embarrassment, while stating you turned over my property to the police. But you didn't do that, did you? You stole my cellphone from inside my bag, and placed additional items inside, and then called the police. Your behavior is disgusting, and I have reported you to the Office of Consumer Protection, and the Towing Board Committee. I am positive you will receive the sanctions or termination from the police/city call rotation that you so richly deserve. There is a special place in hell reserved for people like you, right next to the people who harm children and animals. For those if you reading this review, you don't have to take my word for how this company conducts business. All you need to do is click the "lowest" button under the review section to read the multiple reviews left by people who have had tools, money, etc.come up missing during towing jobs by this company. You'll read countless reviews on the unethical, criminal way they conduct business. How the City of Missoula and the Police department chooses to do business with this sort of company is a complete mystery, just as it's a mystery why they are even still in business. They should have had their business license yanked years ago. I would strongly suggest you call any other towing yard than this one, and to tell everyone you know how they conduct business and the way they treat people. The only reason they have any positive reviews is most likely asking people they know, not customers, to leave star fake reviews. Also they reply to negative reviews and other allegations involving missing (more like stolen) property by saying "We have no record of you, it probably wasn't us," comments, avoiding any accountability whatsoever. As if someone is going to fail to remember which towing company overcharged or stole their property. Nice try but I doubt anyone is buying it. It just makes you look even more incompetent and confirms your lack of accountability and lack of business ethics.
