I stopped at jiffy lube in Missoula and within 10 minutes or so I was in and out. Glad I stopped and they vacuumed my car which was totally unexpected but appreciated.

I left a review and they told me to email them, in which I did and of course they didn't answer me and the review is gone..

When I arrived, they refused service because their tablet pulled the wrong VIN. Instead of fixing it, they argued with me and refused to manually enter the correct information. It got worse from there. Even after I showed them the VIN was incorrect, they doubled down and claimed they’ve “never been able to process a fleet account,” which is either completely false or a sign they don’t know how to do their jobs. I left and went to another Jiffy Lube location on the south side, where they handled the exact same vehicle and account without any issue. No argument, no excuses—just basic competence. This location is disorganized, unhelpful, and unwilling to solve even simple problems. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
