Was very dissapointed last week when I had to ask them to check the radiator and my tire pressure. When I asked about this , they said, they only do that upon request now? Not cool. Also before when all services were complete, they would bring my dip stick and show me my new oil level....they didnt do that either ..so my request is that Valvoline go back to the way it was... or I may find another place that will do this without having to request it all.
