  My driver stuck on the road before holiday with clutch issue, real steel diesel team performed amazing service, first of all Dispatch lady she was really polite, patient and professional, the mechanic Dallas - the man of his word, promised me to finish my truck before his off days, so in order to make it he worked afterhours, our team really appreciated it, also working formally, doing everything after our approval, good job guys

  Real Steel handled a complete diesel engine replacement for a 2016 Ford F550. They provided a detailed cost estimate prior to starting work. During installation, they discovered a broken mounting bracket that could not be re-used and was not in their quote. They immediately contacted me to discuss options. They were open about the whole process and communicated well. They did not do anything without my approval. No secrets or surprises. I was very pleased with price, timing, and communication! I would highly recommend working with Real Steel Diesel Truck & Trailer!

  We had a battery fire in our motor coach on the way home from vacation. Our insurance company could not find a tow company or a mechanic that could accommodate our large vehicle. Through our own search we found Dallas at Real Steel Diesel Truck and Trailer. One phone call is all it took and he took the reins. He put us in touch with a tow company that could accommodate the size of our vehicle and helped us arrange transportation to his shop. He was accommodating and very forthcoming with information not only about the damage but what it would take to repair it. Nothing hidden, everything out in the open . Dallas was also more than willing to talk with our insurance company as well as another trucking company (which we believe improperly installed the batteries which caused the fire in the first place). His willingness to go to bat for us on several occasions solidified our decision to use his shop for this repair as well as future service needs. Dallas and his team completed the repairs in full disclosure and a timely manner. We live quite a distance from Dallas's shop. Weather concerns threatened our ability to pick up our vehicle as soon as repairs were completed. Dallas was more than willing to allow us to leave the coach stored at his property as long as necessary for us to make arrangements to pick it up on a day when weather didn't threaten a safe commute home. We had a really bad situation made so much better by Dallas and his team! So, If you're looking for a really good mechanic and someone who isn't going to price gouge you, or lie to you and is willing to go to bat for you, then go to Real Steel Diesel Truck and Trailer. They will treat you right!
