  The desk agents at KMSO were absolutely fantastic on the afternoon of 12 March 2026. I wish I could remember their names (one lady and one gentleman) who helped me in a time of great need, but I cannot. Please try to figure out who they are and pass along my gratitude.

  The customer service at the counter was great. The young lady that helped me was very helpful. But the car or actually truck that I rented. I was old. It had cigarette burns in the seats stains in the seats. Smelled, like it had been used as a crew truck on a construction site. Tires were not very good. No traction, windshield wipers were completely worn out, had no antenna, and considering when you rent through mazola, you have to pick a vehicle, even though I am an executive elite, and I am used to being able to walk out and take what I want. I had to pay more to get a truck that I needed while I was in Montana for the week. In which, if it had been a normal place? Like Phoenix or Dallas? I would have been able to walk out and take something with a truck bed on it. And not paid extra. I would have paid my normal fee very disappointed in the selection that was able to be given to me again. It was not the agent's fault. She was very helpful. But when I pay more to get a vehicle that I need. Even though I always use national rental because I have my status. I expect something that's worth driving very disappointed in this piece of equipment. I can't believe I had to pay more for it

  My rental car experience while in Missoula Montana was excellent. There was a long line when I approached, but the person behind the counter kept his cool, was speedy in getting everyone's agreements and very friendly. Highly recommend National
