- JFjohn FoxMar 3, 20262.0The techs took air OUT of my tires, to drop them to 30 PSI. Wy? My truck said it would be PSI cold pressure. But it was warm out and I just drove in. My tires are normally about 30 cold and increase to 35 PSI when driven, due to warmer air in the tires making the pressure higher. They dropped me to 30 warm. I even had a low pressure light come on, and SHOWED it to them before leaving. They told me to go to the dealership to ask about it. NOT good customer service. The next morning, ALL FOUR of my tires had warning lights, as the true cold pressure was 26 in each of them. I got it fixed, but the fact they would not listen to me when I TOLD them they lowered my pressure too low is not impressive as to their knowledge of what they are doing.

I was nervous because my husband usually takes the cars in for oil changes and such but you know life happens and I had to do it. I was worried I would be talked into extras like the filter or something else. But no, this Jiffy Lube and the staff were completely honest and respectful. I only needed an oil change and thats all I got and no one tried to talk me into extras. I will be coming back when it's time for my oil change. I can trust this business and the staff here.
