Lots of quick lube joints have a bad rep, these guys did good. Still had the normal attempt of upsales but I understand that’s part of the industry from working in the field myself for a few years. I’d go back.

Les met me as I drove up, he was fantastic through the process, I was in and out in 15-20 mins, and felt really good about what they did, what they said they'd recommend, I did most, not all, but now I'm at least aware of what else it's needing next visit. Great Service, Fast, Recommend. Tell Les a good Joke too, he's got a great laugh.

My only complaint is that even though the sign said you could stay in your vehicle (which I have at other Jiffy Lube’s) this guy would not let me after asking twice. He said they needed to drive the vehicle (first time ever hearing this at a Jiffy Lube). I was traveling with my dog and would have preferred to stay in my vehicle as I didn’t need the floor vacuum and whatnot. I had just picked up drive thru breakfast to eat and that got cold as we waited in the lobby. First world problems, I know, but that’s the honest feedback. Otherwise, just fine.
