I pulled up, put it in park, turned my truck off, and waited inside it. It comes time for the Dodge to get pulled into the shop. One of the shop techs backed the Dodge up into my truck. Luckily, the big hitch slid under my bumper, but it scratched the paint up on the way. The tech gets out and says, "it's a standard transmission, you shouldn't pull up so far." I pulled up exactly where the other tech told me to. As I'm typing this review, the tech comes back and says "a big truck rolling back and you didn't see it?" Again, my truck was in park with the engine off. I couldn't have done anything if I wanted to. Complete clown show.

I felt pretty bad keeping the staff there past business hours. They had 2 cars ahead of me and it was already 5:50 by the time they got me in there. My vehicle was in and out in no time. The staff followed procedure and did their entire inspection and a quality lube/oil change/filter. Thanks guys!
