  I go to Enterprise truck on a weekly basis for work purposes. Always very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of trucks and get me what I need and on my way. Great folks!

  I tried to secure a cargo van for rental twice over the last two weeks and each time it would go through on their reservation system online, only to be denied by the staff of the local Enterprise office. The staff members were quite rude and unable to provide an adequate solution. If they don't have the equipment, the online reservation system should reflect that. And their employees need to learn better customer service to help deal with these kinds of situations instead of just blowing them off. Addendum: I was finally able to work with someone over the phone to get a truck instead of a van. Not what I wanted but it should work. Turns out the issue was that all the vans have been taken by the local Amazon Depot for the foreseeable future, leaving none for other customers. Since that is the case, they need to change availability to none for that class of vehicle. I did change the rating on this review from 1 star to 3, since there was an improvement.

  They offer a selection of 3/4 and 1 ton trucks with option to tow. There's also a selection of box trucks for businesses or anyone needing to move/haul personal items. Ryan, the manager, was helpful and knowledgeable about their options. Thanks guys!
