  I go to Enterprise truck on a weekly basis for work purposes. Always very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of trucks and get me what I need and on my way. Great folks!

  Extremely Disappointed with Service I had a particularly frustrating experience with Enterprise Truck Rental recently. The level of service left a lot to be desired and was certainly not up to the standards I've come to expect from a professional organization. After confirming my reservation, they unexpectedly called to alter the pick-up time, not a big deal. This created an inconvenience, but was manageable; however, the following day, they notified me that the van I had reserved was no longer available and they had no other options for me. I rented this vehicle for business and was given zero help for an alternative with them. The lack of organization and disregard for customer commitments was truly disappointing. I felt let down and unappreciated as a customer. Based on this experience, I can only rate my interaction with Enterprise Truck Rental at one star. I'd recommend future customers to consider their options before trusting in their service or unfulfilled confirmations.

  They offer a selection of 3/4 and 1 ton trucks with option to tow. There's also a selection of box trucks for businesses or anyone needing to move/haul personal items. Ryan, the manager, was helpful and knowledgeable about their options. Thanks guys!
