There interlock device is always not wanting to take a blow, it always says invalid test. And the people never want to fix the device. I need my heater core fixed and the mechanic needs to take the device out to fix my heater core, the dam intoxalock wont let it happen. So now my children has to be in a freezing car during the winter. Thanks intoxalock. Your luck i have to give a star cause you don't even deserve a half a star. Im so over this with intoxalock. I had to use my work and assistance today. 1 o'clock and there\nWouldn't take my credit card because I needed additional miles to get my car to the shop.It wouldn't take my credit card but i was able to get a friend to help with a credit card. They took his and he said that they would get someone out to pick up the vehicle. Well 8 hours later, I called them to see if they got the vehicle there because they were supposed to send me the details when the tow truck drivers can be there and drop it off well, I didn't get neither so I called them and they tell me that it was canceled because they didn't have an address. But I told them before all this that I was between Belgrade and Manhattan Montana on i90 westbound. Almost to Manhattan exit they charged me 58.50 on my friend's credit card for the additional miles that it would take to get it to the shop, 9 hours later, they still haven't found the tow truck to get it.They're still fighting to find one two pick it up. Thank God, I have a buddy because if I was still out there because of the tow truck. My 2 kids, my one year old and my 3-year-old would probably be frozen and starving. Because of this. I think if anybody had a rightful mind never go with intoxalock go road gard. Im not changing this post. Fix the problem then maybe I might

Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock

How does an interlock device work?

An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance.
