I pulled into the store to switch a couple of tires before some possibly bad weather, the store didn’t have the tools I needed to borrow but one of the employees went out to his truck and a co workers truck and rounded up the tools I needed and busted the lug loose for me because the last person used an impact, Will also then proceeded to look up the weather for me along my route. Thanks Will!

She was so rude and should not work in costumer service if you can't get off your phone for 5 minutes to help a customer and she should not be acting like that towards other employees or managers...the disrespect... But the grey shirt guy was beyond awesome and so helpful for what I needed. So thankful for him..I wish I got his name I think it stated with a J... or something. Need more people like him in costumer service
