Great customer service and communication. Came in for transmission issues and they had me driving away after only a couple days. My car drives like a dream now. I would definitely take my car in again!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I understand this business has been around for years and is well-liked in the community, but my experience was the complete opposite (and after reading their lowest reviews, it seems I’m not alone). I brought my truck in because it was making a specific noise. I paid a diagnostic fee and was later called with a ~$2,000 repair estimate, which I approved. When I picked the truck up and started driving home, the exact same noise was still there. Nothing had changed. I immediately turned around and brought it back. Instead of acknowledging the issue, Chad argued that they had “fixed all these other things.” That may be true—but they did not fix the one problem I brought it in for. They then offered to fix the actual issue at full price, which is a hard offer to accept after already paying thousands for a repair that didn’t address the original concern. After pushing back, we reached a compromise: I would purchase the part, and they would install it at no labor cost. When I picked the truck up, I requested a refund of the diagnostic fee since the diagnosis was incorrect. I was told Travis would handle it and follow up. Two weeks passed with no communication. I called multiple times with no answer. When I finally got through, I was told the message would be passed along. Eventually, Travis called me (from a blocked number) and insisted they had gone “above and beyond.” There was nothing “above and beyond” about this experience. I paid a significant amount of money, my original issue was not fixed, and I had to chase them down just to get a response — the response being “we when above and beyond for you. You should thank us.” ???? What sort of insane thinking is that? Travis is deaf to reasoning as he’s too busy shamelessly defending his guys even in the face of an irrefutable fact: I paid a diagnostic fee to diagnose and fix one problem. They told me it was something else, fixed a bunch of other stuff, and the problem was still there. The resolution? Travis calls you to gaslight you and say you should thank them for having you pay $2000 to fix problems you didn’t bring your vehicle in for, then hangs up on you. EDIT: in response to Loren Auto Repair’s sill reply — I brought the truck in for the one and only noise it was making. Your guys charged me a diagnostic fee for the problem I brought it in for, the misdiagnosed the problem. It’s not any more deep than that. All I asked for was the diagnostic fee back since I paid it for no reason being as your guys incorrectly diagnosed the problem I brought my truck in for. Tenure doesn’t mean that your crew can’t make a mistake.

My visit was unscheduled and emergent, Ryan and the team were immediate and responsive and took control of the situation, they scheduled my repair and were professional and understanding. This is the only place I’ll take my car, they know what they are doing
