  From our arrival to departure from Kalispell Regional, the employees (Raphael, Ryan & Jami) couldn't have been more genuinely helpful nor friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the woman (Charity?) who helped us when we arrived in October, but she was the same. Seems like a good crew who work well together. For this reason, I choose National upon every visit to The Flathead. Thank you.

  I had a fantastic experience recently renting a vehicle for a work trip from the Kalispell airport location and the next day the battery was dead, this office worked quickly to get me a service tech and eventually into a new vehicle which was perfect for the remainder of my trip. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone traveling to Kalispell! 14/10

  This experience was a failure across the board, marked by a lack of accountability, empathy, and basic customer service. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy, expect to pay for something because they will make up a charge and make it your fault!

  Would not recommend renting a vehicle form this company EVER for this location. I rented a car for my honeymoon trip in September. First issue I booked for a mid sized sedan and ended up in a Jeep, which was far less fuel efficient and bulky. Second issue, when returning car I filled the jeep up completely Full at the closest gas station to the airport (literally across the street). Yet still got charged for not returning vehicle with a full tank. Fast forward 6 months (after rental was returned) I get and email out of the blue from National saying that I owe over $1900 in damages. When I contacted to airport rental agents they gave me 0 information on what the damages where and couldn't even give me a number to call. Absolute worst rental company I have ever delt with would not recommend to anyone.
