  Great car that fit our needs very well. Upon arrival it was great to have a choice of a variety of different vehicles. Upon return was greeted in the return lot and just handed over the keys, Great service!

  I rent vehicles frequently and in my opinion the industry isn't keen on their customers experiences with them. That said, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Zoe for a rental pick up recently. She was very pleasant and professional. She understands her add on products and did a fine job explaining the benefits to each. I appreciate her efforts to provide me her best

  I always rent from Alamo when I travel and have wonderful service. The rental experience in Kalispell at the Glacier international airport was fantastic. I got in line to get the car while my husband and son went to get the baggage. It took me about five minutes to check in and get the keys to the car! We got a Ford Escape, which was a nice surprise since we had rented a standard car. The walk to the rental lot was quick and easy. And the car was ready for us. Hop in and go! Returning the car was also super easy. About 5 minutes. The only issue we had was that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, but we managed just fine. I’m sure they would have taken care of it if we had called. I will never rent anywhere else but Alamo.
