I got in line to get the car while my husband and son went to get the baggage. It took me about five minutes to check in and get the keys to the car! We got a Ford Escape, which was a nice surprise since we had rented a standard car. The walk to the rental lot was quick and easy. And the car was ready for us. Hop in and go! Returning the car was also super easy. About 5 minutes. The only issue we had was that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, but we managed just fine. I’m sure they would have taken care of it if we had called. I will never rent anywhere else but Alamo.

We showed up at 10am and they wanted to charge us $600 for being late!!! We argued with them and supposedly they gave us a credit for the $600. , however the credit does not show on our credit card. We have called Corporate Alamo several times and they say they can’t fix it. Alamo Kalispell has to fix it. When calling Alamo Kalispell they say they can’t fix it and talk to corporate! Do not rent a car from them!!! Their customer service is the worst ! We are disputing charge in our credit card. Sherrie Sitarik ( Marshall)
