  Full synthetic oil change recommendation by Valvoline this time was for 3000 miles. Car manufacturer recommends 7500-10,000 miles for full synthetic. Last time Valvoline indicated 5000 miles. Waste of resources & at over $100 for oil change (& no answer after multiple attempted calls) - they’ve lost me as a customer.

  Bobby, Cheyenne, and Marcus were awesome. When I had questions (some of which were silly) Bobby answered them with patience and kindness. I was not pressured into purchasing things that I don’t have money for. These individuals were extremely empathetic and understanding of my financial situation and didn’t make me feel out-of-place for sharing. I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed.. Valvoline in Helena is genuinely the BEST.
