  Downtown point s is so much better than the one on prospect. They actually seem to hear you. And they treat you with respect. I've only been to the downtown one twice and yet the service seems so much better. I usually go to the one on prospect because it's closer to where I live and on my way to work. I had gone there earlier this month to get a light changed. They did well with that however I had asked them for a quote..just a quote..on some tires. First I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence so that I could ask them for the quote. When they did finally acknowledge me I was told I could go sit and Waite for them to finish my car. So ok I went and sat....when they were done with the bulb change on my car I asked them for the quote...they printed it out and I was told I could think about it. About a week later I get a call from them stating the tires I ordered were in and asking me when I would like to come in and put them on...so I called the people on prospect and told them I only asked for a quote not for them to order them. They sounded like they were ok with that. Again though...not listened to. So then a few weeks later engine light comes on. So looked up the number for point s and it looked like I had the number for the one on prospect. Called it made an appointment to get a diagnostic done. Right after I got off work on the day of the appointment I head over to the one on prospect as I thought they were the ones I made the appointment with. Park and go in and tell them when they ask that I have an appointment to get a diagnostic done. They look it up and tell me they think I'm at the wrong one and with a sneer on their face they call over to verify. And sure enough it was and of course now I'm late. Don't get. Me wrong I'm grateful they called to verify but I could have done without the sneer. This is how I was treated by the people downtown... I come in all apologetic for being late cause I know they're busy and I felt like I wasted their time. All they said with a smile in their voice was don't worry we'll take care of you it happens all the time. Got me in did the diagnostic and when I asked my questions they were able to answer them without treating me like an idiot. Just because I don't know about cars and I'm a women doesn't mean I'm an idiot and to actually be treated with some respect was awesome. I believe I will be taking my business downtown from now on. Also I'm still getting calls about tires I did not order from the prospect location. If I do buy from point s I will not be buying from the prospect location..it will be from the one downtown. Thank you downtown point s.

  Gill’s is absolutely the best. Easy to set an appointment on line or calling. They are extremely punctual. Appointment at 2? They will have your vehicle in a bay at 2. They are thorough and explain and will show you what work needs to be done and how it can impact the performance and safety of your vehicle. You can trust their diagnosis.
