    TLDR: Don't expect to get a car if you have a reservation. Booked a reservation months out for a standard SUV. Was told the day before pickup that it would be delayed a couple hours. I agreed. Was told a few hours before pickup that they only had a truck available (which wouldn't work for us). I've been an enterprise customer for over a decade. Renting a couple times a year. This is such a disappointment. I won't be renting from them again.

    What a joke. I made a reservation for a truck because I needed a truck, online and a week in advance. The day before my reservation, Joel calls me in the morning to see if I can do a smaller compact car, trying to sell me on the benefits of using a smaller car. No, Joel, I reserved a truck because I needed a frickin' truck! No one who reserves - AND RECEIVES A CONFIRMATION OF A RESERVATION - will downsize to a car. THEY NEED A TRUCK FOR A REASON. Joel tells me he'll work on it and let me know. By 4pm I had not heard from Joel. So I try calling. And calling. And calling. Apparently no one likes to pick up the phone at this location. 3o minutes of trying, I just decide to make an appearance at the office. I ask if Joel was able to lock in a truck, and he says "yes" like I should be thankful for him doing his job. I reminded him that he said he was going to call me to let me know if he was able to get a truck, and that it's RIDICULOUS for me to have to COME IN IN PERSON TO CONFIRM. Bunch of nimrods at this location. Unreal.
