  This is about my experience on July,31st 2025. I realize it was more than 6 months ago, but I have held onto the receipt, planning all along too write a review because I think positive experiences get undermined by the bad far too often and it deserves to be known. The service I received this particular day exceeded a 10 out of 10. I went in looking for particular parts; due to the specs of the parts, none where in stock on hand. So begun the ordering transaction to be delivered to the store for pickup; well let me tell you, any and every conflict arose along the way with trying to get the proper parts ordered. From supplier stock issues, shipping issues, what warehouse etc had what, and the hands it has to go through. Each step through the transaction there was some sort of conflict or issue. (Mind you I have worked many different retail and customer service jobs, so I was very patient and understanding.) The two employees who literally were life savors in figuring out the debacle, were Andrew and Gael. Even with every issue they ran into with trying to get me these parts they kept a positive attitude, and we all joked around making light of the situation. Numerous times I even said "If its too much of an issue, its okay I can figure something else out." But both of them together were determined to get me the parts. They just kept problem solving together and in so many senses said "We will keep going at this until we figure it out, don't worry, you will walk out of here today, and it will be done, and you will get your parts and in a timely manner." I was there at the counter with these two marvelous individuals for well over 30 minutes. They both were friendly and kept positive attitudes through the whole process. They truly went above and beyond for me as a customer and it meant a lot to me. Especially when I've worked and been in their shoes before in other customer service oriented jobs and know how it feels to run into those obstacles and the pressure and or frustration can start to build. The fact neither of them "metaphorically threw up their hands" in defeat or laziness (which I have experienced in other customer service oriented jobs where an associate doesn't have the care to answer your question or help you with what you need and so they brush you off in so many senses." Never once did the two individuals make me feel like I was being "that customer we can all love to hate at times because their needy etc" If anything, I kept apologizing to them profusely for "feeling like I was being that complicated customer." In the end, I left there with the parts I needed ordered, and happy which is saying something when your a female and have to spend money on car parts. Those two employees have a heart behind what they do and will do what it takes to get the job done and problem solve. Leaving customers such as myself skipping my way out of the store with a smile on my face.

  The store has been ok when I shopped there but the town of Hamilton loves giving away speeding tickets. There are plenty of parts stores no reason to go here and be harassed by the police over nothing.

  I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this particular autozone. Not a single time I have ordered from them my part was correct. This store turns 30 minute jobs into week long projects wouldn't recommend. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!
