- KMKris Melone6 days ago3.0The website says open at 7:30 am, you can book an appointment for 7:30am, but they don’t open until 8:00. Other than that, they were quick to get my tire rotation done and friendly as always.

- LGLisa GoodspeedMar 18, 20261.0Scheduled an appointment for new tires and an alignment on my jeep cherokee. My husband later called for an alignment on his car hoping to schedule right after mine. We picked this place because the last time we got tires my husband's daughter was working there. He was told their alignment machine was down, so I asked about my scheduled alignment. I was assured that if I was leaving it with them they would get it done. Dropped it off for the appointment and asked again about the alignment. Once again they assured me it would get done. After about 4 hours we called to see how much longer it would be. Whoever answered the phone said they didn't even have a jeep there. It was, so after they figured that out and said it was done and somebody should of already called us. we went to get it only to find the alignment wasn't done, their machine had been down since before I first scheduled and wouldn't be back up for at least a week. I would not recommend this place. Falls Tires was always my go to because they have always treated me very well. I Feel stupid for going someplace else.
