  Could not give this place a 0 if . I could I would make it a NEGATIVE 5 star . When no ones is behind the counter while I go looking for a car rental. Finally, a lady comes out to tell me I can book online with enterprise but everyone else is sold out of vehicles. Fine. I sit and book a vehicle with enterprise. After paying online, having a confirmation number. We wait for a representative to come to the counter. Another lady from behind a different rental desk comes and asks me why I’m waiting … why am I waiting ??? … After explaining the situation she informs me that enterprise is ALSO OUT of vehicles . What luck After having to catch my breath because how big of a joke this seems to be , she informs me the only way to cancel the vehicle is to call the 1800 number …… That number brings me to a automated prompt that says to basically “get bent.” Ya know , In the automated prompt sort of way. It’s been a full week and I have not been able to reach a human. While still looking to receive my payment back for a vehicle I was never able to pick up in the first place . This has been a complete nightmare with enterprises lazy customer service reps, incorrect information and no way to make an easy refund on their own mistake . This is stealing. And shameful for a company.

  The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Very helpful when I needed a rental while my truck was getting worked on. Made the process stress free.

  They were super helpful and understanding, they let me swap my rental for a different one when I didn't feel comfortable in the one I was renting. I will definitely be renting with them again in the future
