I heard it fall and hit the floor under the truck. When I asked them about it they lied and said everything was fine. When I pointed it out to them after the oil change... they went in the underfloor bay and found the clip and instead of a simple apology or owning a mistake the manager simply berated his employees saying how useless they were and how much he hated having to work with such stupid people. It's no wonder they didn't want to say anything as they probably feared the outlash of terrible management. Against my better judgement I gave them one more chance. And just yesterday when I had my oil changed they not only left the rag under the hood but spilled a lot of oil underneath while getting the filter off. This is fine and it happens to us all but they didn't even try to clean up their mess and once I got home there was a huge puddle of oil under my truck. I thought maybe there was an issue. Thankfully it was just a large amount of residual oil all over the frame and suspension still dripping off from the mess they had made I did not even attempt to clean up. I will not be going there again or to any Valvoline for that matter if this is the type of leadership from the top that allows this type of quality at the maintenance level. Before I forget to mention it as I decided to leave this review since I am checking all of the fluids in my truck and prepping it for winter ...I also noticed the band clamp they loosened from checking my air filter was not secured properly and it was bypassing the air filter and sucking dirty air right into the motor. The clamp was tightened without it even being Seated on the filter cover. I'm very grateful to have a garage again where I can do this myself at home.

I had my dogs in the car with me and one of the guys gave them some bone treats to keep them busy. The pricing and options were very clear and it turned out I needed a new air filter on top of my oil change. I got out in about twenty minutes. Excellent experience and I will come back!
