  I showed up to the Great Falls International airport at 10 o'clock at night. With no previous allegiance to any car company and no reservation, I walked over and waited in line among the three car companied. I chose Hertz because it was the only name I recognized. In long line of people I began to glance at the other two companies that I hadn't heard of. Behind the National counter stood a young woman by the name of Kaylyn Gallagher. After all day of traveling and finally arriving at our destination late at night, Miss Gallagher was the only person working behind a counter that had a smile on her face. Almost immediately I left the line I was standing in to go and talk to a welcoming face. Kaylyn was helpful, insightful, encouraging, she helped me not only find a car, but resolved my issues, and saved me money. I was extremely grateful to have interacted with her that evening and if your entire company was staffed with people, likeminded to Miss Gallagher, National will be at the top of the Forbes 500 list by the end of the year

  Isaac did a fantastic job and was one of the most professional and engaging folks I’ve worked with in a long time! He had my car warmed up for me before I arrived (it was 15 below) and his friendly smile was a great way to start my great Falls visit.

  I travel a lot. I always use National Car rental. The customer service is always great, and I’ve never had any problems with their cars.

  National customer for years - ended with my last rental i reserved a mid sized SUV months in advance - arrived at destination no vehicle and several others with similar predicaments - no vehicles I waited for over an hour and finally was forced to take a pickup truck - which really sucked for a family of 4 with luggage Never again
